Site Seen: a website improvement intensive for service-based businesses.
What if you actually wanted to send people to your website?
Over five weeks, you'll be guided through each piece of your website, walking away with a site that's part of your sales process instead of a footnote to it.
You’ve been staring at your site for so long you can’t tell what’s wrong anymore.
You know the feeling:
Your site still describes the business you had a couple years ago, not the one you're running now
You send people to your site, then immediately try to explain what you do before they even see it
You add more CTAs because someone told you to, and nothing changes
You start to make updates, but walk away because you don't know where to start
Site Seen will teach you how to stop guessing at your website and start making changes confidently. Your leads will come in already understanding your offer, so discovery calls become about vibe checks, not explaining yourself from scratch.
The Curriculum
Site Seen is a done-with-you small group program. Each week, we meet for 90 minutes for a 30-minute lesson followed by an hour of coworking to apply what you just learned to your website. I’ll be there during the coworking session to answer any questions that come up.
You don’t leave with more work to do. You leave each week with work done.

Week 1: Messaging, positioning, and your site's role in your business
What are you selling? Who is it for? What should happen when someone lands on your site? These are the same questions I ask every 1:1 client before we touch design - we'll work through them together so your messaging connects with your audience and guides them to your offer.
Week 2: Copywriting
A conversion copywriting specialist joins us to teach you about the most important part of your website - the words. Kelley Gardiner will help you sound like yourself on your website and structure your words so they're compelling. You'll walk away with key parts of your copy that sounds like you and a solid plan that is structured to convert.
Week 3: Images, Color, and Accessibility
Are your images supporting the story on your website or feeling disjointed? Do your colors meet accessibility standards? This week, we'll make sure the visual layer supports your message instead of distracting from it.
Week 4: SEO and AI Search
We're going to set the foundation to be seen online. We'll cover technical SEO - the unglamorous stuff that makes a real difference - so you leave with a clear understanding of what your site needs and how to maintain it.
Week 5: The Build
This week you apply everything to your site. I’ll share my workflow tips from building over 50 Squarespace websites to make your updates as easy as possible. You'll leave this session with a site that looks good, feels like yours, and works with your sales process.
The right people find you, resonate with your message, and reach out already sold.
Site Seen is structured around doing.
You know your site isn't working - you just don't know where to start. This is the program that closes that gap. Every week has a clear focus, building on the last so everything fits together.
There's a coworking block every session.
I've been in workshops where I've felt great about what I learned until I tried to do it myself. The coworking time gives us a chance to work through everything together - you get guidance every week.
It’s a small group.
The beta version will be capped at 6 people. You’ll be able to see how others are facing the same problems and get feedback specific to your business.
Strategy first, everything else second.
We start with messaging and positioning, so your website amplifies your marketing and makes your sales process easier.
Site Seen is a good fit if:
You have a website already or you're open to starting from a template (I have recommendations!)
You want to understand your site, not just hand it off and hope
You're open to feedback, even when your site's a work in progress
It's probably not for you if:
You don't have a business or offer defined yet - this program fixes a site, it doesn't build your business from scratch
You want someone to just do it for you (that's what my 1:1 work is for)
Everything you need to know.

You know you need a website, but no one told you what to do with it after it launches.
I’m building Site Seen to make website strategy easier to understand for people who aren’t living and breathing websites every day like I am. My goal with this program is to empower you to manage your own site and feel confident that any future changes you make are more than just throwing spaghetti at the wall.
This is the first time Site Seen is running, which means the price is significantly lower than it will be the next time it runs. In exchange, I’ll ask for your honest feedback and a testimonial.
The human behind Site Seen
Hi, I’m Stacey
When I started building websites, I didn't understand website strategy. Everywhere I looked for the answer just confused me more. Over the years, and after building over 50 websites, I've figured out that website strategy isn't the same for everyone - it's about how your website fits with the rest of your business to help you grow.
I don't have a fixed formula, because your business isn't like anyone else's. What I do have is years of asking the right questions to figure out what a site actually needs - and that's what I'm teaching you to do for yourself in Site Seen.
My clients have seen what that looks like in real life. They've booked out months in advance, signed clients as soon as their new site launched, and are excited to share their websites.
FAQs
-
5 weeks, 90 minutes per week in live sessions, plus some extra time outside of sessions. The time outside of sessions depends on your working style and where you’re starting from.
-
Totally fair - if you want it handled start to finish, that's exactly what my 1:1 web design services are for.
Site Seen is built for people who want to understand their site, not hand it off completely. If that's not what you're looking for right now, that’s fine.
-
That’s okay! I’m here to guide you through each piece. You’re not just watching tutorials and then checking in with me - the coworking time is to help you with anything you need related to that week’s lesson, plus the Slack channel where you can ask me questions any time.
-
That’s part of what the coworking is for. It’s part accountability, part hands-on learning.
The small group format will help me keep an eye on your progress - if you’re stuck, I’ll reach out.
-
Yes - copy tends to need more updating as your business changes, but good intentional photos usually hold up. We'll figure out what's still working and what needs a refresh, instead of starting from scratch.
-
Great! You don’t need to show up with anything - we have dedicated weeks for each of those.
-
You'll leave with a site that looks good and that you're proud of. On the build week, I’ll give design tips and suggestions, as well as workflow tips.
We’re not designing from scratch, but if you want to start over or are coming from a different platform, I have template shops I love and can point you in the right direction.
-
If you’re open to migrating to Squarespace, then Site Seen is still for you. Mark it on your application and we can talk about what that looks like for you.
Future versions of this program may be open to other platforms if you don’t want to switch to Squarespace. If you want to know when that happens, sign up for the waitlist here.
-
The private Slack channel and your post-program website review are both available for one month after the program ends.
After that, you’re welcome to schedule 1:1 strategy sessions any time you want a check-in.

I will share ways to make the lessons easier with AI, however most of what we will be working on will be very specific to your business. I use AI in my business as a brainstorming partner to help me get out of my own head, not to create foundational strategy. I will be teaching the course that way.
What if your website was the thing that made sales conversations easier?
